hi! these 2 tracks were recorded really long ago (even predating my transition) and they were meant to be on an upcoming album of mine, and the first one especially has been through a lot of different troubles since then. i'm glad to put those to rest by finally releasing them. here's a bit more about the songs:

1- stardust
this song was first conceived in early 2019, and it was meant to sound very different. as time went on the song structure grew and evolved into what it is today. the recording you're hearing dates back to september of 2019, and it's virtually unchanged except for some mixing tweaks and the addition of drums and vocals this year. it was meant to be the second track in the album but it didn't fit the sound of it very much so it got scrapped.

2- bubblegum
this song was recorded very close to stardust, with the same guitar and in the same place, but it was composed very differently. instead of being planned out before being recorded, it's pretty much an improvised piece, composed and recorded at the same time. since recording i have left it pretty much unchanged. it was meant to be the intro to the album but it was scrapped for being too long for an intro and also not fitting the vibe i'm going for.
